life play irelandTM intends to launch its first Business Expansion Scheme investment prospectus shortly, which allows those in the PAYE and Self Employed sectors in Ireland to avail of a tax efficient investment vehicle. The BES is the Scheme of Relief for Investment in Corporate Trades as provided for in Part 16 of the Tax Consolidation Acts 1997.
The BES enables individuals to deduct the cost of their qualifying investment from their total income for income tax purposes, thereby obtaining relief at their highest marginal rate of tax.
